The Erie Turntable is operated and managed by TOYX, Inc., a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the preservation of this historic site and the trains themselves. TOYX is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and your donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. We encourage you to donate below to support the on-site efforts!
Donations of Material, Equipment, or Services
The Erie Turntable and its affiliated organizations would be honored to accept material donations or the contribution of services in-kind, whether from individuals, local businesses, or large corporations. Tools, raw materials, and professional services like painting, welding, electric installation, and even carpentry are in constant demand as we work towards the revitalization of both the site and our railroad equipment.
We typically do not accept unsolicited donations of vehicles or railroad equipment, especially those that are not historically relevant to Port Jervis or the surrounding area. This is due to our limited track space, the short-term expense associated with moving one of these pieces to our site, and the long-term expense of preserving and maintaining every vehicle or railcar under our care. However, if you have a historically relevant vehicle or railcar available for donation, or one that you feel would be an asset to our cause for any other reason, please email us at info@erieturntable.org to discuss the opportunity.
